Severe Dental Issues?
If you think your mouth is a “train wreck”, then read on… We fix train wrecks. We turn a mouth full of bad teeth into a beautiful new smile. How they do that depends on your unique situation, but here's the important part: modern technology, in the hands of a smart and experienced surgeon like Dr. Keadle, allows people with “train-wreck“ teeth to get healthy new teeth and a new lease on life.
A Smile Makeover is a comprehensive, multi-pronged treatment that consists of numerous procedures seamlessly working together to fully restore a person’s smile. After an oral exam, Dr. Keadle will formulate a personalized treatment plan to meet all of your needs and bring back the appearance and functionality of your smile. Over the course of multiple appointments, he can replace missing teeth, repair damaged teeth, and give you the kind of smile you’re always proud to show the world.
If you’re worried about being without your teeth for an extended period of time while waiting on a new denture, you don’t need to be. Dr. Keadle offers immediate prosthetics that can be worn successfully directly after your extraction procedure. After a few months of healing, you will be asked to return to our office so that we can realign the immediate denture in order to create a more personalized and comfortable fit.
All-on-4 Implant Dentures
All-on-4 is another great implant option for patients who don’t have a large amount of viable jawbone structure remaining. Like the name suggests, Dr. Keadle will only use four implants (which are strategically placed and often set at an angle to provide maximum support) to anchor a full arch denture into place. Better yet, your new prosthetic can be immediately provided following the initial surgery – this means that the patient won’t have to spend any time without the full set of teeth they need.
When faced with advanced decay or a traumatic injury, Dr. Keadle may find that what is best for the patient’s ongoing oral health and overall wellbeing is the extraction of one or more teeth. Rest assured that our team will handle this process as comfortably as possible; in fact, New Smile Carolina offers several sedation dentistry services (including nitrous oxide, IV sedation, general anesthesia, and more) to create a relaxed, pain-free experience. Dr. Keadle will also start working with you right away in order to determine the best choice for replacing your missing teeth. After all, we want any time spent without a complete smile to be as minimal as possible!
Bone Grafting & Sinus Lifts
Although it happens rarely here in Mooresville, sometimes Dr. Keadle will discover that a patient does not have enough healthy jawbone structure in the necessary places to accommodate dental implants. This doesn’t mean you’ll be turned away, though – instead, we can perform a bone graft or sinus lift in order to build up the area! This will allow us to successfully place your new implants and revitalize your smile in the way you deserve.
